  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Roughly chop the nuts so they are in chunky pieces. Or pulse a few times in the food processor.
  3. Place the coconut oil and maple syrup in a small pan and melt on a low heat on the hob. Meanwhile mix the oats and nuts in a large bowl.
  4. When the coconut oil has melted pour the pan contents over the oat mixture. Stir well, the whole mix will become slightly sticky.
  5. Transfer everything onto a baking sheet and bake in the middle shelf for about 20-25min. Stir everything through after 10 min, then stir every 5 min to make sure everything is evenly browned
  6. The granola will be ready when it is a light golden brown.
  7. Let cool, then mix with the freeze dried strawberries, raspberries and chocolate
