A recent graduate of Leith’s School of Food and Wine with work experience in a number of fine dining kitchens, I would love to cater or cook for your event, canapé party, dinner.
I cook modern European food as well as taking inspiration from my heritage and travels. I particularly enjoy recreating some of my Lebanese grandmothers recipes as well as trying out Asian dishes. I often bake my own breads and I adore French patisserie.
